Back door listing or takeover on the cards? What do we have that’s worth anything to takeover or indeed buy out a smaller unlisted company to enable their listing. We used to have interests in mining which was squandered. Can we leverage out with JCT? Is it worth the dilution of a remote possibility that one day the current shares we all own might be worth something near parity to what we paid?
