    I don’t believe the big CBA stealing the software conspiracy theory.. My opinion is that the service just wasn’t what they are looking for.

    I heard through the grapevine when the CBA deal was still on the cards that it was taking CBA employees longer to use the service then just doing SOA’s manually.

    Another reason I think the service isn’t that good is because they have had trials with other entities and none of them have taken it up.
