That is an interesting thing to hear on the grapevine Ciroc.
Disclosure given to us shareholders was that IAM “met all required service standards, including strict quality metrics, turnaround times, and workflow management as determined by the CBA”. See announcement of 23 May 2019.
If what you heard is in fact a relevant reason for CBA ditching the product...
