The luxury of being an ASX director is you can hide behind "fair market disclosure" rules allowing you to sidestep any confronting questions. Perhaps it is time that we started entertaining the usual "class action" fantasies, that inevitably follow any ASX failure. Thats the only conceivable way we will get the answers we deserve out of these people, or be able to hold them to account.
Who wants to be lead plaintiff? Volunteers? Might need deep pockets.
