manufacturing new stuff, selling it, and receiving it all in cash within the same quarter is a tough ask for any business. that's why some receipts will come in this quarter from last quarter plus some new sales of course too but I'd think the majority (of the ramp up that is) comes next quarter. Otherwise that'd be some cash conversion cycle. But as historical expenditure has been roughly consistent that's why they've maintained that rate
