Spoke with David Nolan a month ago, he said they are looking at a few different NEW transactions which will most likely require a change of sector and re-compliance with Listing Rules 11.1.2 and 11.1.3... He seemed very confident about satisfying the re-compliance hurdles, for what that is worth...
