As announced to ASX last year, following a strategic review of the business the Company decided not to invest further capital in the development of the LiveOffer platforms. The Company continues to seek transactions which would allow it to relist, subject to compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules. The Company had reduced all overheads wherever possible including suspending director’s fees and remains confident it can finalise a transaction to allow the Company to relist in the future.
