    IMHO the company is starved of funds as seems to be the case currently and goes into administration, the Chinese buyer approaches the administrators and offers to buy the assets of the company, makes application to the FIRB gets approval and delists the company and takes it private. The administrator distributes the money raised to the secured creditors, share holders get nothing.

    Of course all just speculation, not advice.
