    Not looking good for SWE. It is very hard to raise funds when you have run out of money and have a pending legal action which will probably take up quite a deal of the Cap Raising. (if any)

    Looks like they should cut a deal with OEL to give them their 25% of Kilosa-Kilombero with the Kito prospect in discharge of the legal action. I take it OEL would be interested? Maybe OEL just want out.
