Hmmm a war has been declared and now its a matter of how long ASIC can put a stopper for the raising of funds through Share Placements so that CVi is driven to bankruptcy or will ASIC be forced to lift their stop order whilst CVi just draws down on their funding facility.
Clearly MS and cohorts wish to continue with what they are doing
