    The terms of the drawdown facility from Global to CVI would no doubt make for illuminating reading......especially what happens when the debt is not repaid in time.

    I'll bet that contract is pretty clear and 1000% protects the lender unlike all the other dodgy investments/cash transfers that CVI have flowed money into.

    Anyway, good to see ASIC being vigilant.
