I would expect that this issue will be a total failure with far too many people burnt by AM and the companies that he is involved with to consider throwing away any more funds to support AM's dreams.
As I recall listed at 20 cents - that's equal to $2.00 when the 1:10 consolidation is taken into consideration, that would be a 99.95% loss of investors capital (i.e. trading at 0.001 down from $2.00 corrected issue price) and now looking to further dilute the shares by almost another 3/4 of a billion shares AND 3/4 billion options.
By my calculations that's a further 50% dilution of shares and substantially more if the options ever get exercised (which I admit is highly unlikely).
I can't see Bergen stepping up to the plate as it would appear that they are offloading their shares as quick as they can - just one more investor that got burnt.
