The ASX is an outright joke. I've spent the last two weeks witnessing a complete circus performance in which the ASX has allowed (and stood by contrary to the obvious intent of its own rules) wild and manipulative trading of shares in AZK while the company is supposed to be in the process of completing a full due diligence and re-compliance process designed to protect the interests of shareholders and investors. But they have the time and resources to waste making this query on BYR, which if they had have just read the company announcements they would have found the company's responses to be self evident. Crazy stuff.
