The only member remaining from the old board is Susmit Shah. Given this fact I can't see how you can compare what may have happened a few years ago to anything that is happening currently "

As you point out quite fully there has been a churn in the BYR management,this fact is irrefutable.
What is also irrefutable is that in 2011 BYR shared the same offices as pru in Balcatta,where the then CEO of pru Mark Calderwood presided.
Where is Mark Calderwood now?
You may believe in the concept of Chinese walls,I dont.
In 2011 pru was BYR's biggest SHr,I do not,nor cannot believe the message didn't get through,all the while BYR SHrs were kept in the dark.

In relation to your smug comment, I suggest cocking a snook at the ASX,is the epitome of smugness.

The current board have my qualified support,I look forward to the time when it is unqualified.
