Magnis isn’t a micro cap. Magnis is a company that until today had a market cap of >$200m. Gauging from recent announcements it appears they are uncertain where the next round of capital funding will come from and the market is getting nervous and rightfully so.
Potential cornerstone investors now hold all the cards IMO. Last CR was completed at no discount, IMO I doubt the next one will be.
