It's clear that BPL is hostile based on its releases, which suggests they are unhappy with what has happened. Understandably, they (BPL) are concerned about having to spend money on the project.
BPL is the minority in the TJV, so I'm sure that even though they would like to replace COB as manager and appoint themselves, my money says COBs majority vote will say otherwise.
