    They can't have it both ways. BPL seems to have wanted none of the risk of COB until it was proven viable (hence the crwatIon of COB In tge first place) but are reluctant to relinquish the rewards or control as it progresses. If you don't like complex company structures, agreements, and politics, don't create them!
