    BMA to fund the entire shebang and mine it and sell it through existing networks. Obviously some compensation/profit agreement 

    anaheyeah remains major shareholder, has some control, but influence at board level and brings their own networks to work with BMA
    and cokal

    cokal ends up being a dividend distribution company. Wouldn’t take long imo for a little pocket liner imo
