As announced on 1 August 2018 and notedin the Company’s Notice of General Meeting lodged 22 August 2018, pursuant to the term sheet with Aahana Global Resources& Investment Pte Ltd, the Company has agreed to issue shares to the value of $1,000,000 at an issue price of $0.032. To date, $100,000 has beenreceived and the shares issued. TheCompany anticipatesthe remainder of shares to be issued on receipt of funds in this quarter.Whilst shareholder approval for the issue of shares has expired as the transaction has taken longer than anticipated, the Company willissue the shares from its 15% placement capacity.
