one trick if you dont want to sell to agri and force cokal to continue developments so more and more values are exposed from cokal business, is to sell on market so someone else is holding your stock, and not agri.

i learned this in my 40s from a wise fund manager and it always works. Over time as projects are progressing, the acquirer is forced to lift its bid to the point that it trumps totally the initial low ball bid.
