Ann: Response to ASX Appendix 5B Query, page-212

I get the continued suspensions and that they are trying to finalise the funding. What I was highlighting was this was a 5B, ie response to ASX on how they can think to operate when they have no cash. VEC response was they will draw money from CR's, Convertible notes to continue operations. This was the reply.

ASX said no worries, carry on, but non of this has happened. That is all I was trying to point out.
