Any CR at this point in time (so close to running out of cash, at a lowest price in a number of years, & with little prospects) is going to be at a huge discount & highly dilutive.
the best hope for shareholders is if im3ny funding comes through....but that option seems to have passed just like most of the breathless annoucements over the last few yrs....really dissapointing from Marc, but perhaps he was not aware how dire the situation was & how much fluff was in the previous announcements
