mainly a copy/paste job from the same query last year, with the following differences:
- last years response to the same query was "aim to announce a definitive investment this quarter" & "non-disclosure agreements with interested parties have been entered into"
- today its just "company believes that an investment during this quarter will occur"

seems a little less certain than last year
