    Agreed.

Following on from yesterday's conversation I reckon I've joined a few dots here (with regard to this) and it goes back to the announcement and relevant/consequent December, 2019 podcast (attached). I know from previous SGC cap raisings, this Board/Company DOES NOT just allocate 250,000,000 shares (or whatever amount is required) at some ridiculously low price which crushes existing shareholders with dilution. You have to remember, these guys get paid in shares - often allocated at well above the market price (at the time) so doing that would affect them in both the long and short run too. When you consider some 47% of the SGC shares available are held by the Top 20 Shareholders, the Company rewards/keeps loyalty by keeping cap raisings to a bare minimum and hence keeps the total amount of shares available very low which obviously enhances shareholder value massively when the ducks line up and/or good news hits etc. Listening to the podcast, I'm thinking that 'innovative drilling contract' Gary Jeffery has talked about may result in several smaller cap-raisings on an SGC pay-as-you-go basis with the Borba drill because there are 16 potential pay zones on the way down. I certainly think it is an option and indeed innovative in this day and age. And it also fits their finance requirements/capabilities etc. Keep listening to the podcast and see if you agree?
