it's criminal as far as I'm concerned and in my humble opinion, fraud charges should be laid against the Management for deliberately misleading share holders. Had we not received a notice saying funding was imminent several years ago, I was about to cash out and take a 70% loss, instead, I help on, on the strength of the announcement, and instead took 100% loss.
