- did any related party sell shares in the intervening period?
- they seem to imply that they had been trying for a capital raising for the last many months. was the company really in need of immediate capital in the last quarter??
- what is the need to suspend the shares if the decision to go ahead was already made prior to the halt? they used the word 'material' in relation to the CR in today's ann. do they have something other than what's in this last ann to require a further delay?
