Have a read of note 14, pg 24 (I've quoted it three times now). I dont agree with it. I said so in my first post. However, I accept that others do.

The intent of my post was to suggest a means of determining whether the JV announcements by PLV were material or not. They are arguably not based on the prior advice to the market by PLV and their Auditor via the half yearly and given the prior purchase cost of 50% by WEG in late 2012.
