Dear Sir,
Of course it has no material effect on the company because we are not actually trading and have not done so for over one year. In fact we have no real plans at all to actually get back to trading.
The truth of the matter is that after this disastrous mess unfolds we will have nowhere to go, and if its ok by you we will just plonk here for a bit longer, in the hope that we can milk just a little more before the sheep hits the fan.
