Couple of points:

"Limited is correct" Only specific item formed part of the receivership.

"Temporary" is probably correct as there is still an outstanding payment for R&D which when I spoke to the receiver he was hopeful of successfully pursuing. The term temporary is also consistent with the unsigned latest finance media update dated 14 oct 15

re potential funding parties.

"Fas anticipates conclusion in the near future"

interestingly

"the negotiations are not at a stage that require disclosure"
