EPD must now be a takeover target, prospective PE of possibly 3.5 ridiculously low. Stock price and trend priced for disaster, confidence in major shareholders appears to be down to zero. I think there is an integrity question here as noone is believing that certain major shareholders didn't know some time before hand about the downgrade announcement and this was leaked out to certain parties. The middle business management appears to be in control of the actual business though. Don't quite know what to make of this stock price rout, is it been fed on rumour and fear or is there something else brewing here. Does not quite make sense to be priced so low and continuing to fall.
