Great summary and thanks for taking your time to prepare this ... I hope your concise and summarised post can assist those that "can't see the wood for the trees".

Definitions:
- to obtain a general view of a situation, without allowing details to cloud one's analysis;
- if someone can't see the wood for the trees, they are unable to understand what is important in a situation because they are giving too much attention to details;

You should contact LOM management immediately ... and suggest that you do their marketing for them. I think you would do a fantastic job!!!
