I shouldn't say this, but possibly a juvenile mistake due to lack of experience just cost Soarlabs the crypto exchange deal...?

That said, I'm a little weary about BPG and how quick they were to pick up a new partner, sign contracts, and that can deliver the exchange in the same time frames. IMO the contract negotiations with Noetic Synergy would have had to be going on for some time before all these shenanigans with Soarlabs.

I'll definitely be researching who they are and what they can bring to the table.
