Ann: Response to ASX Aware Letter, page-126

A few things to consider:
1) there are multiple stages to the go-to- market including negotiating distribution terms; certificates; production of ohms; client orders - how long does each take? Does the Ann speak to each stage? Can each stage guarantee the next?
Short answer is ‘no’ - as has been said distribution and client sales are separate matters - clearly we have some confusion from both bud and the ASX over exactly what past Ann means

2) we have reasons to believe the client roll-out is now underway and accelerating- I believe all partners have had more than enough time to evaluate Ohm - the global deal is the culmination of extensive negotiations- so we have ASX querying pre-market Ann while installation is underway

I think all should clear up very quickly - a Telstra Update would help
