id advise them to take a day or two of extra halt - put together a detailed response to the asx and afr + general queries and provide that extra transparency on progress to date - so that whenever its back on the boards trading is done on knowledge rather than just fear + rampant speculation etc

past financial data for the company is no guide to its next 6 months on what theyve said to date

but unless they confirm that some in mkt will just focus on historic p/e - a backward looking measure but you cant blame mkt for that unless you give it other substantiated info
