The query comes now as they made statements about revenues that don't seem to be flowing through in any real capacity over timelines stated, which suggests the statements may have been embellished or mispromoted. A company can say what they want but queries come after a period of time in which the company is given to demonstrate the soundness of said claims in line with the timelines made with those claims. You don't know if there is anything query about until the chance to demonstrate is allowed. To say they are slack for not querying at the time is illogical and if this was the ASX modus operandi, the exchange would ground to a halt which would be stupid.
