the start of the Linxing North facility was suddenly delayed from the end of 2017 to 3Q 2018 . The reason given at the time was switching to a larger footprint and a different location. I wonder if the fact that we now know we were not getting paid for production from the first Linxing pilot plant at the time could have had any influence on the decision? Why start producing from a new pilot plant if you are not going to be paid for an unknown period of time?
