Ann: Response to ASX Aware Letter, page-4

A while back I got stopped out on another company with a trade where info was out in the wild but not issued by the company through the ASX and they shook the tree and I missed the subsequent 200% gain all because no halt - yeah it pisses me off

It is just the system and companies will take the path of least resistance IMO to get past any issues . ASX and asic have issues as they never use the tools they have or enforce much so little wonder companies do what they want. The juniors on ASX are the wild west so to speak.
