So I made a clear statement that Lynas made the decision on if it was materially important and not the ASX. That to expedite things the ASX published and then investigated after the fact if complaints or other things indicated it was required. AUS again say I am wrong and the ASX makes the decision. Now I wounder two things. Does he get it after this letter? will he admit he was wrong?
