Ann: Response to ASX Aware Letter, page-4

A minor indiscretion by both management and an HC poster. When I read that post, at the time, I thought it was 'over the line' but was very pleased to have seen it none the less. Plenty of us, I am sure, felt the same way.

The upside is it demonstrates JP's enthusiasm is genuine and not concocted (as is the case in some other stocks). Late last year, JP expressed confidence SGQ was about to make a breakthrough discovery... and then drilled a duster. It was unfortunate and the SP suffered because expectations were pushed too far ahead of results.

However, it is very true. People should refrain from repeating conversations with management on a public forum... no matter how innocent they might be. If the ASX chooses to take a dim view the stock can end up suspended. Wouldn't it be 'just peachy' if SGQ drills a huge high grade intercept while suspended and the SP is stuck at the lows with the need to raise follow up cash... do-able but not desirable.
