The stock was in a trading halt at the time. SGQ was working hard to get the details out to try to surprise the market in the morning.
There is NO opportunity for insider trading here. The stock was in a trading halt, it was after hours anyway, and by the time the stock traded again every investor was equally aware of the details and materiality of the drill result.
So calm down @miningtragic no animals were injured in the making of this movie.
