Would be interesting to know how the ASX got a 'whiff' of the post in question.
Don't think ASX employees spend the day going through every single post of every single stock on Hot Copper to uncover a 'gotcha' moment..
IMO the TH has saved JP's arse, as some of the language he used in the reply can be taken as stepping over the 'reasonable person' line.
Going forward JP would be very tight lipped on answering SH questions ... I know I would be.
