GARETH, if the liquidators consider the demerger a “sham”, if they feel the demerger was done to protect the lithium asset by distancing itself from FFX then it can be clawed back, regardless of what the ASX think, don’t be fooled, the liquidators can go back years, especially if they are trading insolvent, which having so little cash available on 1/7/22 could be a real possibility
