Looks like someone on either side, maybe jiuxing, was trading on that info regardless of the company answers. It’s right for asx to pull them up for it but what more can they do. NMT is down about 80-90% due to missed timelines and Reed still got a salary increase to 650k thanks for massive value destruction. not happy but what can you do, I wasn’t happy with the Jiuxing deal anyway and the sp has to turn around eventually when they start hitting milestones.
