ASX trying to issue AGC with a speeding ticket from the uptick in shareprice on the Thur/Fri 9th 10th May before Monday's trading halt.
The ASX don't seem to be able to read or correctly understand the announcement (only 3 of 9 holes have been returned) or the significance of the results themselves. AGC's response is very clear that they have adhered to all disclosure rules and disclosed information as soon as the official assay results were returned from the ALS lab.
Don't see this being an issue. If anything it's just drawn more attention to the stock. Bring on new shareholders.
