I understand businesses fail and there is always a lot of risk with start ups and micro caps like WOA. Its the communication that I am having trouble with. Based on their last 4C, I thought they had over $10m in cash and they were updating shareholders about how well progress was going with sales pipelines in Germany etc. All of a sudden they announce a cap raise and say the company was on the verge of insolvency. If I know they didnt have the $10m cash I would have most likely sold out and cut my losses then.
