Can anybody shed any light on ASX query as well as EWC’s reply ie. whatis this all about and what does it mean?
If, as EWC states, “EWC stillrequires the Undelivered Goods, that Hankuk is required to ship to thePhilippines, and has budgeted for those goods” what is the dispute about andwhat are those Goods?
Theonly ‘glimmer of hope’ is contained in section 1(d) iv of EWC’s response, namely that “its major shareholders have committed to financially support the Company in any circumstances”.
