but there was nothing in the first 2 BUY announcments to indicate the impending ministrerial announcment, so G.B. just sold on a hunch then he was just lucky - "the reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement in relation to PEP-11- Ministerial decision"
And yes its was piss poor that BPH didnt go into a trading halt like BUY, so why didn't they? they have admitted it was price sensative.
