I agree with the above commenters, using a lab that reports in Mandarin is fraught with issues and a serious lapse of judgement and professionalism. One of the strangest and worst examples I've ever heard of.

A Trading halt should have been issued immediately when they received the results in Mandarin (and how can they not have know they were being received them in Mandarin?).
This can be from so many sources in this instance, including those outside of the company, outside of company control, and outside of Australian agencies visibility jurisdiction.
ASIC and ASX rarely do anything, but this may be one case so glaringly where they do. The company's explanation doesn't cut the mustard and it has put shareholders at unnecessary risk for an otherwise positive result.
