are current lithium extraction techniques non toxic? You could be on crusade against all lithium that you obviously use to power your devices like all of us. Which energy source doesn’t damage the environment? I’m not condoning the use of any toxic material at all. Far from but this seems to be a developing technology. DLE is being incorporated by other companies in their extraction and are they completely free from toxic materials in their process? I think you know the answer.. not perfect now and maybe never and if it isn’t I’ll support another energy source that is. Let’s see how this unfolds. Right now though lithium extraction is destructive to the environment and there’s just no way lake can be singled out on their own here.
