Answers those questions. Placement and the terms thereof were organised (as most suspected) well before any exploration results were known. Had the DHTEM come up blank, as all the other holes so far look to have came up blank, then SP may have gone lower than the 0.7c when the placement was announced.
Just another fluid day in a junior exploration office by the looks of it.
